When we hear the words ‘weight loss’, we suddenly think ’starve’, ‘diet’ or ‘hunger’. Words that without a doubt elicit painful thoughts and memories we would rather do without. You’re most definitely wondering if this is one of those ‘eat all you want, take one pill’, ‘lose weight fast’ articles that never work; ridiculous lines written by ignorant people that have no idea what they are talking about.
You’ve all read loads of articles about weight loss that never work or wasted money on products that also failed; so have I.

My Weight Loss Tips:
1)Fibre - For Breakfast
Never skip breakfast. Even if you’re running late for work or a meeting, never skip breakfast. I start my day with a bowl of fibre filled breakfast and these days there is so much you can get out there, you just have to go to your nearest supermarket.
I’ve been eating All Bran for quite sometime now and even though it may take a bit of getting used to - much like caviar and champagne; ok, ok, that’s a stretch - you could pretend that you’re eating your favourite food and in time you’ll actually begin to enjoy it.
